Full kitchen remodel with two-tone cabinetry and peninsula
Two-Tone Kitchen Remodel | Bucks County, PA
A full kitchen remodel featuring two-tone cabinetry (gray lowers, white shaker uppers), herringbone marble backsplash, quartz countertops, brass hardware, and a peninsula with turned legs.
Project Overview
This kitchen needed more than a surface refresh — the homeowners wanted a space that felt warmer, more intentional, and better suited to how they actually cook and gather. Scott designed a two-tone palette with gray lower cabinets and white shaker uppers, added a herringbone marble backsplash for texture, and built a peninsula with turned legs that anchors the room without closing it off.
Project Story
Homeowner Goal
Update a dated kitchen with refined finishes, more counter space, and a layout that supports everyday cooking and gathering.
What Was Needed
The homeowners wanted a kitchen that balanced warmth and brightness — a space that felt elevated without being cold, with enough workspace for real daily use.
Scott's Approach
Scott coordinated the full scope — cabinetry selection, layout reconfiguration, tile installation, and finish detailing — making sure the two-tone palette, brass hardware, and herringbone pattern worked together as a cohesive whole.
The Result
The finished kitchen strikes a balance between warmth and brightness, with a functional peninsula for prep and seating, a built-in refrigerator surround for a cleaner look, and material choices that feel elevated without being overdone.
